    Great prices and good service. The food has always been the same since I was a kid. Comfort food! Love the texas hots and fries with gravy!

    I do not sat this lightly as these kind of accusations are not a joke but they are true. The owners of the Texas Cafe discriminate against those of color. My husband worked there and at the time was the only colored man working as a dishwasher. In the presence of customers while handling the clean dishes in the dinning area he was required by the owners to wear gloves. This requirement was not made for the other dishwashers just the man of color. It's sad to see things like this still happening in the 20th century. I will never eat at the Texas Cafe ever again and I hope anyone of color does not either. This is not the kind of business you want to support or keep in business.

    When I'm back home I always have to stop here for the Texas hot plate. 2 dogs, loaded up with fries and gravy and Mac salad. Hornell staple right there
